This was the most outstanding stay we’ve ever had. Riad Cherrata is exceptional. The location, on a tranquil street away from the hustle and bustle of the souks and within 5 mins’ walk from the Jamaa el-Fnaa (main square), was perfect. The riad is absolutely beautiful, with pristine, peaceful, cool rooms, hand-sculpted bathrooms, rooftop terraces with amazing views over Marrakesh and the Atlas Mountains, and a breakfast / salon area with a gurgling plunge pool. The breakfasts were delicious, with freshly squeezed orange juice, home made yoghurt and pancakes, fresh bread, fruit, and excellent coffee. But best of all were the people. There really are no words to say how lovely they were. Speak to the housekeepers, allow Valérie to help you plan your stay, and you will find all you dreamed of, and more, in this amazing city.

The riad is very clean. They change towels, robes, and bedsheets everyday. The location is near the tourist spots. They serve nice breakfast with variety of breads, pancakes, fruits, and jams. But their greatest asset was their service. Valerie, Sadia, and the other staff were very accomodating, caring, and kind. They will give you map so you can be familiarize with the area and not be lost. They will give you tips where to eat, to shop, and to do activity. They will give you local phone that you can use to call their partnered taxi, and with the list of taxi fare. It is very handy because you don't have to hail taxi and to negotiate with the driver. Valerie is very accomodating as she communicated with me days before our trip. They let us borrow flat iron and adaptors so we don't have to buy. Riad Cherrata is very homey and safe.

Beautiful Riad in a good central location. The hostess and her team were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they kept it immaculately clean. We were travelling as a group of 4 friends and had the whole place to ourselves which was lovely. Highly recommended as an excellent base for visiting Marrakech.

The riad is in a great location in the Medina. There was a Lovely terrace, a peaceful atmosphere, relaxing rooms and a delicious breakfast. Most of all, Valérie and her team went out of their way to welcome us, despite issues with our flight and a late arrival. We were even given a phone in case we had any issues! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Marrakech - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

Staying at the Riad Cherrata is a truly unique luxury experience. Valerie takes care of you from the moment you make the booking to escorting you to your transfer. Her and her team have created a warm, welcoming, comfortable and calming environment in the middle of a bustling city which is on your door step to explore. The Riads location within Medina lets you explore the city, its souks, landmark's and restaurants. The breakfast is a wonderful mix of home made Moroccan dishes with a French twist and fresh fruit. Valerie goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is hassle free, with her welcome tea where she guides you on how to get the best experience when visiting Marrakesh. The maps and phone you are given are a great help when exploring the city and there are plenty of organised trips which Valerie can arrange for you.

Valerie was a magnificent hostess. She was extremely informative, always at hand to help out with any little query. We were given a local phone on arrival to allow us to always have contact with her and local taxis. Her small team of ladies were always available morning to night. The Riad was indeed beautifully cared for with calm hues and fabrics, flowers, beautifully served breakfast and an obvious woman’s touch, which can so often be missing in Arab countries.

Tutto molto bene organizzato. Staff eccellente. La prima camera molto spaziosa, con divanetto. La seconda più piccola, il materasso non comodo e le finestre sul vicolo fanno sentire i rumori dei motorini ed il puzzo degli scarichi se si tengono aperte.

Precioso Riad dentro de la Medina, tranquilo y muy bien ubicado, a 5min andando al centro, pero a la vez lejos del bullicio. Terraza ideal para descansar un rato y ver el atardecer. Desayuno de 10 con zumo naranja natural. Hospitalidad inmejorable: nos dieron los mejores consejos y recomendaciones para movernos por la ciudad, algo que agradeces muchísimo cuando aterrizas por primera vez en un lugar tan diferente y vibrante.

Nos ha gustado todo. El sitio es precioso. El desayuno estupendo, panes típicos hechos allí, mermeladas, zumo y pancackes caseros. La anfitriona Valerie es encantadora, nos ha dado todo tipo de explicaciones y cosas importantes a tener en cuenta en Marrakech, junto a mapas y recomendaciones de restaurantes. También nos ha prestado un teléfono móvil para contactar con ella y con los taxis.

La atención por parte de Valerie desde la reserva fue excepcional, disposición absoluta. El Riad es súper especial, en medio del caos, se podía encontrar la calma desde su azotea a muy poco del centro caminado. Hay que destacar que estaba todo impecable, las instalaciones muy cuidadas, todo impoluto y los desayunos riquisimos (destaco que soy celiaca e intolerante a la lactosa y lo adaptaron). 100% recomendable!

Riad à dimension familiale, niché au cœur de la médina non loin de la place Jema en bordure des souks. Très propre les chambres sont confortables propres. le petit déjeuner une tuerie , très copieux avec des saveurs locales appréciées. l établissement est très propre et calme. Le personnel , Valérie , Sadia sont aux petits soins toujours là pour vous aider et d'une disponibilité remarquable. Un super endroit , de supers moments. Un séjour inoubliable . N hésitez pas à demander qu' on vous aide pour votre séjour , d ailleurs vous êtes accueilli et on vous donne le sites remarquables et la marche à suivre dans le souk et la médina. je recommande sans hésitation. Nous y retournerons sans hésitations

Su ubicación. Limpieza. Desayuno excelente y fantàstica Atencion por parte de Sadia y de Valèrie. Valerie antes yn durante todo el viaje atiende todas las consultas e incluso te facilitan un Movil local para su uso. Reservamos una excursion a Essaouira con ellos però la agencia no se presento y Valerie nos puso un taxi a su cargo. Nada mas que decir.

Riad accogliente, pulito, con uno staff gentilissimo e Valerie è la chiave per poter vivere un'esperienza bellissima a Marrakech. La camera era molto bella e comoda e gli spazi comuni bellissimi! La bellezza di questo riad è la dimensione contenuta, non hai la sensazione di stare in un albergo ma di essere a casa!

La atencion en todo momento de Valeri aunque nocestuviera presente, todos los dias cintactaba con nosotros y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Los desayunos de Sadia han sido espectaculares. Compuesto por zumos de naranja , fruta variada, yogures caseros que los hacía ella además de las mermeladas de fresa, naranja y melocotón, que son de las mejores que hemos probado también hechas por ella. Pan marroquí, mantequilla, el café buenísimo, bueno que no hay palabras suficientes para describirlo. Las camas súper cómodas y se podía descansar bien porque por la noche no era una calle de mucho tránsito.

El viaje fue una maravilla, siempre que cambias de continente, de cultura, se puede hacer un poco difícil la transición cultural. Valérie hizo que todo fuese súper sencillo, muy atenta en todo momento y dándonos todas las pautas para que nuestro viaje fuese excelente. La localización es muy buena y se puede ir andando a cualquiera de los puntos de interés de la ciudad. Las chicas que trabajan en el Riad, excelentes también.

De Riad is prachtig. Geweldig ontvangst en bij aankomst gelijk de “magic map” met uitleg gekregen. De map helpt je om Marrakesh te ontdekken. Ontbijt was heerlijk. Alles home-made. Ook kunnen zij alles voor je regelen, van taxi tot restaurants en excursies Wij verbleven tijdens de aardbeving in de riad. Valerie heeft ons zo ontzettend goed geholpen, wij zijn haar eeuwig dankbaar. De riad heeft geen schade vanwege de aardbeving, dus boek, Marrakesh heeft het toerisme nodig

Ce séjour fut une merveille la propriétaire des lieux Valérie est une femme exceptionnellement gentille attentionnée proche de ces clients, Sadiya et au petit soins avec vous ainsi que le reste du personnel qui est adorable, souriant est d'une gentillesse. Tout est merveilleux dans ce riad je recommande à 10 000% si vous rechercher le calme et l'authenticité de Marrakech n'hésitez pas.
